What is your return policy?
Our return policy for skis is simple: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All returned skis must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were purchased. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a ski is returned with any damage, the refund will be reduced accordingly. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
